The number of passes accepted by the Festival Organization will be published at the web press section on Friday 6 July. Such passes will unable their holders to attend all of the concerts at the Bilbao BBK Live 2012.
Nevertheless, such pass does not guarantee that those photographers and TVs will be able to take photographs or film the whole Festival for each band has its own rules and passes. The management of each band will have the last decision on which media are allowed to take images of the Festival.
The Organization will contact each photographer with a pass and TV by phone some days before the Festival to confirm at which concerts it will be permitted to take photographs.
It is indispensable the publication or previous emission of information about the Festival in order to be able to apply for a pass.
Passes can only be applied through the www.bilbaobbklive.com press section.
Neither telephone request nor e-mail referring to the pass applications will be answered.
There will not be passes for freelances. Every person with a pass must belong to a specific media. It is compulsory to respect the limit number of passes per media stated below. Otherwise, passes over passing such limit will be denied.
For radio stations and webs, there will be a maximum of passes per media.
For print media there will be a maximum of two passes per media, one for the photographer and another one for the editor. It is not possible to have two editors for the same print media.
For TVs, there will be a maximum of three passes for media. One of them must be for the editor.
The number of photographers permitted by the Bands and the Bilbao BBK Live 2012 is limited so each organization will have to do a selection. The Organization will provide good quality photographs to those media which photographer pass is denied.
