OFFICIAL MERCHANDISING

There will be an official Bilbao BBK Live merchandising stall where you’ll be able to buy merchandising of the bands playing at the Festival.

REDUCED MOBILITY

In both stages and next to the sound desks, there will be an elevated area so anyone with mobility problems or reduced mobility (injured, pregnant women etc.) can see the concerts.
There will also be buses with disabled access.

WC’S

There will be chemical toilets all around the festival site.  Please remember that we all need to use them so try to leave them as you would like to find them.

MARKET

There will be stalls at the festival site where you’ll be able to get everything from clothes to music.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

 

People under 18 will only be able to access the festival site accompanied by an adult.  The adult will be in charge of the security and well-being of the minor during the festival. At the festival entrance the security staff will ask for an identification card (ID card or passport).
The venue does not provide facilities for children under 8. The festival organization recommends not to bring children under 8 both because of the music volume and because of the amount of people gathering. However, if you decide to bring children under 8, they will be able attend the festival free of charge.

 

MORE ADVICE

· Drink plenty of water in order to avoid dehydration.
· It’s likely to be hot so come with comfortable clothes and shoes.
· It is forbidden to enter the Bilbao BBK Live with professional audio and video recorders or cameras (reflex or telephoto lens).
· Only domestic cameras without flash are allowed in.
· Do not forget to bring your id.· For security reasons there is no luggage room at the Bilbao BBK Live festival; we suggest you bring just the absolutely necessary.

TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS

You will not receive a wristband with a one-day ticket, therefore once you leave the site readmission will not be allowed. 

Three Day Tickets are for one person only and are not transferable; therefore only one person will be able to access the site the three days of the festival. 

TICKETS FOR WRISTBANDES 

It will be possible to get advance tickets for the event through the BBK or through our official sale points (see “Tickets section).


There will a box office at the entrance of the festival site where you’ll be able to buy tickets, pick up invitations or BBK tickets that need to be printed (Internet, tel).  However, we recommend you pick up these tickets purchased through Internet or telephone in the BBK multi-service cash dispensers. Tickets can also be purchased at the Bilbao BBK Live ticket office during the Festival. Ticket prices at the ticket office will be slightly higher than the ones purchased in advance.

The Organization is not responsible of the authenticity of the tickets that have not been sold through official sale points.

Box office opening hours will be as follows:

Thursday: 13:00h-1:00h
Friday:  15:00h-1:00h
Saturday: 15:00h-1:00h

Three Day tickets purchased in advance and those bought during the festival will have to be exchanged for wristbands at the entrance of the festival site at the place under the name “PULSERAS” (“WRISTBANDS”).

Opening hours to exchange tickets for wristbands will be as follows:

Thursday 12 July – 13:00h-1:00h
Friday 13 July – 15:00h-1:00h
 

The wristband will allow you to enter and leave as many times as you like, from your first entrance into the site until 5 in the morning. If you leave after that time, you will not be able to access the site again until 16:30h the next day even if you have a wristband.

Once you have exchanged your ticket for a wristband, only the wristband will allow you to come into the festival site, the ticket becomes useless. Take care of the wristband, do not take it off, break it or exchange it with somebody else as you will lose your right to access the venue by doing so. 

Furthermore, if security staff sees a sign of a broken or forced wristband, they will prevent you from entering the venue, and will assume you have exchanged it with another person.


BILBAO BBK LIVE FESTIVAL STAGES

All the music at Bilbao BBK Live is concentrated in three areas: two main stages and a DJ tent area. We suggest you have a look around the festival site in order to locate the different services and areas.

DANGEROUS OBJECTS

It is forbidden to enter the festival site with sharp, glass, metallic, easily thrown, flammable or heavy objects including food and drink in glass containers and/or cans.  At the entrance there will be security checks.  Please, collaborate with us to make this event a secure one.

CAMPING AREA

There will be two camping areas available for festival goers. Both camping areas are located just few meters away from to the entrance to the festival site (check the map). 

Vehicles will not have access to the camping area (caravans, vans, cars, motorcycles,…).  Vehicles will have to be left in the parking area and free shuttle buses will be available from town to the festival site and back.

 

WHEN WILL THE CAMPING BE OPENED?

The camping area will be available from 6pm on Wednesday 11th of July until 2pm on Sunday 15th of July.

MEDICAL SERVICES

The Medical Services area is located at the entrance of the site where doctors, nurses, ambulances and an emergency hospital will be available. If you feel sick or have suffered or witnessed an accident, don’t hesitate to visit our Medical Service to ask for an immediate assistance. There will also be members of the civil protection service, fire-brigade and local police.

PRESERVATION OF THE AREA

Bilbao BBK Live is located in a privileged location: Kobetamendi. It’s a park, at the top of Kobetas that provides a fantastic view over the city of Bilbao. One of our main goals is the preservation of this natural space and we hope to get you involved.
There will be garbage bins all around the festival site.  Please, use them.  Bars at the site will only serve in easily recyclable plastic glasses.

FOOD AND DRINKS

You will find bars at the festival site where you will be able to purchase mineral water, beer, energetic drinks, sandwiches and so on.

If you would like to purchase food and drinks you will previously need to purchase tickets provided for such purpose at the ticket points located all around the festival site. We suggest you purchase your tickets before peak hour to avoid queues.

It is not allowed to bring food or drinks into the Festival site
