SUPERGRASS

Influenced by the greatest names of the British rock of the 60´s (The Beatles, The Kinks,…) Supergrass came up in the mid 90´s in the British scene. Their first studio album, “I Should Coco”, was number 1 of the British lists. The name of the album makes reference to the Coco Cafe, located in Cowley Road (Oxford) which used to be the meeting point of the band. The album ended up selling half a million albums in Great Britain and almost a million all around the world. Since then, Supergrass has become a reference of the the best English pop-rock together with names like Oasis, Blur or Manic Street Preachers. Last year they released “Diamond Hoo Ha” and they demonstrated to be in good shape. The band comes back to Bilbao with their fun live sound.
