VOUCHERS AND WRISTBANDSThose people with 3 day-vouchers will have to exchange their ticket for a wristband that allows them to go in and out from the Festival venue throughout the 3 days of the Festival. Make sure that you wear the wristband correctly for it will be your access to the concert from the moment you exchange it for a ticket. If you break or loose it, you will not be able to go back in.
The three-day tickets are personal and non-transferable tickets. The one-day tickets do not have wristbands so, once in the venue, if you go out you will not be able to go back.
The timetable to collect the Wristbands will be as follows:

CAMPING AREAThere will be 2 camping areas available for the Bilbao BBK Live’09 Festival audience. Both camping areas are located just a few meters far from to the entrance of the Festival venue (check the plan).
No vehicle will have access to the camping area (caravans, vans, cars, motorcycles,…). Vehicles will have to be left in the parking areas and the free buses will be used to go up to the Festival venue.
¿CUÁNDO SE ABRE LA ZONA DE ACAMPADA? La zona de acampada se abrirá el miércoles 8 de Julio a las 18:00 y permanecerá abierto hasta el domingo 12 de Julio a las 14:00h. El derecho de acampada se adquiere con la adquisición de cualquiera de las entradas del Bilbao BBK Live, pudiendo acampar en cualquier momento entre las fechas señaladas. En la zona de acampada se puede introducir tanto comida como bebida. En el recinto del festival no se puede meter ni comida ni bebida. El aforo de esta zona de acampada es limitado.
WHAT TIME WILL THE DOORS BE OPENED?
The Festival venue will open its doors at 16.30h on the 9th of July and at 16.00h on the 10th and 11th of July.
BILBAO BBK LIVE FESTIVAL STAGES
All the music at Bilbao BBK Live is concentrated in three areas: two main stages and a DJs Tent area. We suggest you to have a look around the concert venue in order to know where the different services are located.
METRO BILBAO WILL REMAIN OPENED DURING THE BILBAO BBK LIVE ’09 EVENINGSMetro Bilbao has set up a Summer night service that will remain opened during the weekends evenings of the Festival and this will last until the last weekend of September.
It is estimated that around 15,000 people will use the night service each day of the Festival. This service is aimed to cover the transport demand during the first night and morning of the weekend as such demand has grown in the last years, specially in June and September. With such an improvement, Metro Bilbao service will be able to cover the mobility demand for any event that can take place in the city like the concerts programmed at the beginning of July within the Bilbao BBK Live’09 music festival.
ROAD CLOSUREThe Local Police will cut the access to Kobetamendi and non authorized vehicle will be able to go through.
FOOD AND DRINKS
You will find bars in different places of the concert venue where you can buy mineral water, beer, energetic drinks, sandwiches…If you want to buy food and drinks you will have to get previously the tickets provided for such purpose in the different boxes all around the concert venue. We suggest you not to wait to the peak hours to buy your tickets. Think in advance and get them once you get in the concert venue, you will avoid many queues.
It is not allowed to enter food or drinks in the Festival venue.
DANGEROUS OBJECTS
It is forbidden to enter the Bilbao BBK Live with sharp, glass, metallic, easily thrown, flammable or heavy objects including food and drinks in glass containers and/or cans. At the entrance there will be a check for everyone’s security. Please, collaborate with us and come light to the Bilbao BBK Live.
HANDICAPPED AREA
At the sides of both main stages, there will be a higher area at the same level as the mixers designated for those people with mobility problems so that they can watch the shows. There will be also special buses for disabled people.
PRESERVATION OF THE AREA
Bilbao BBK Live is located in a privileged place: Kobetamendi. This is a park, at the high of Kobetas, that provides a fantastic view of the city of Bilbao. One of our main goals is the cleaning and preservation of this natural space and we hope is your concern too.
There will be garbage bins all around the concert venue. Please, use them. Bars distributed all around the area will only serve in easily recyclable plastic glasses.
WC’SThere will be chemical toilets all around the concert venue. Remember that we all will use them so try to leave them as you would like to find them.
MEDICAL SERVICES
There is an area at the entrance of the Bilbao BBK Live for Medical Services with doctors, nurses, ambulances, emergency hospital… If you feel sick or you have suffered or witnessed any kind of accident, go there and ask for an immediate assistance. There will be also members of the civil protection service, the fire-brigade and the local police.
OFFICIAL MERCHANDISING
There will be an official Bilbao BBK Live merchandising sale spot where you will also find material of all of the bands playing in the Festival.
MARKETThere will be a market in the concert venue where anyone will be able to get all kind of articles, from clothes to music.
OTHER ADVISES• Do not forget to bring your documentation.
• If you drink, do not drive, please. There will be breath tests in the Festival surroundings. Bring a cap and your sun screen, especially for the first concerts.
• Drink a lot of water in order to avoid dehydration.
• It will be hot so come with comfortable clothes and shoes.
• It is forbidden to enter the Bilbao BBK Live with professional audio and video recorders or cameras (reflex o with telephoto lens).
Only domestic cameras without flash are allowed in.
• For security reasons there is no luggage room in the Bilbao BBK Live, so we suggest you to bring only necessary and permitted things.

HOW TO GET TO BILBAOLoiu Bilbao airport (BIO) has national flights to the main Spanish cities and direct international flights to London, Paris, Basel, Frankfurt, Brussel, Geneva, Milano, Munich, Bordeaux, Lisbon, Oporto… In order to get to Bilbao from any other part of the word, it is necessary to connect with Madrid or Barcelona, the biggest international Spanish airports. Bilbao airport is 9km far from the city. There is a bus going to the city center which approximate price is 0.95 €. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Another transport possibility is to use buses from Madrid, Barcelona or Burgos arriving to TERMIBUS station. There are many companies that connect Bilbao with the main Spanish cities. It is also possible to arrive to Bilbao through the sea. Bilbao Port is a very important reference in the Atlantic European front and it is linked with the main international ports, especially those from the North of Europe and America. More than 200 regular sea lines connect it with 500 ports from all around the world. "Pride of Bilbao" ferry links the city with Portsmouth (England) twice a week (on Tuesday and Saturday). ACCESSAccess to Bilbao BBK Live will only be possible by public buses leaving from Termibus and the BEC. The buses will be free and will leave every 5-10 minutes, both from the Exhibition Center and from Kobetamendi - there is a bus stop 80 meters from the Concert venue entrance, back to Bilbao. Buses will be functioning 24 hours a day and the service will be increased in the peak hours. HOW TO GET TO THE VENUE
Bilbao City Council together with Last Tour International collaborates in the Bilbao BBK Live Festival in Kobetamendi, Bilbao. Below you can find the options to access the Festival Venue that both offer to the audience:
FREE BUSES
The Bilbao BBK Live free buses will go out from the back of San Mamés and from the BEC! in Baracaldo according to the following timetables:
Wednesday 8th – from 6 in the afternoon to 6 in the morning
From 8 in the morning on Thursday 9th until 15.00h on Sunday 12th, non-stop.
*The frecuency will vary depending on the needs, passing every 3-4 minutes in the peak hours. TAXIS The taxi service of Bilbao will double its work during the Bilbao BBK Live Festival and it will make a circuit with a provisional stop at the accesses of the Festival venue.
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS
The pedestrian access will cover the area from Termibus-San Mamés through the Bentazaharra footbridge and the Kobeta path, as shown in the map attached.
The pathway is signposted and can be done in 20 walking. OTHER MEANS OF TRANSPORT IN BILBAO
Euskotren Company offers a wide range of railway transports: railway (Atxuri Station), funicular train and tram. Renfe (Spanish National Railways Company) have three suburban lines starting from Abando Station in the city center. FEVE´s trains leave from Santander Station. There is also an underground service and several urban bus lines and taxis. PARKING The Bilbao BBK Live’09 parking is located in the BEC! (Bilbao Exhibition Center) in Barakaldo: in the -2 and -3 floors with a total of 2,700 covered and watched parking places. The parking area will be opened on Wednesday July 8th at 16.00h and will remain opened until Sunday July 12th at 18:00h. The parking entrance will cost 5€ each time. Furthermore, there will be free buses going out from the BEC! underground station. TAXI SERVICES

TICKETS
It will be possible to get tickets for the Bilbao BBK Live in advance trough the BBK or in the sale spots provided for such purpose (see “Tickets” section).
Tickets will also be bought in the Bilbao BBK Live ticket offices during the Festival time from13.00h in the afternoon to 01:00h in the morning. El precio de taquilla es ligeramente superior al de anticipada.
The Organization is not responsible of the authenticity of the tickets that have not been sold at the official sale spots.
BILBAO BBK LIVE’09 TICKET OFFICESThere will be ticket offices in the same venue of the Bilbao BBK Live’09 where you can buy tickets, pick up invitations or accreditations and pick up the BBK tickets that need to be printed (Internet, tel). However, the best thing to do is to pick up these tickets purchased through Internet or telephone in the BBK multi-service cash dispensers.

ACCREDITATIONS AND INVITATIONS
Wristbands, guests and press invitations will only be picked up in the accreditation house located at the entrance of the concert venue.
The timetables to pick up the accreditations and invitations are as follows:

Friday 10th – 14.00h to 1.00h
Saturday 11th – 14.00h to 1.00h
TICKETS CONDITIONS
1. 1. Once the ticket acquired, it will not be exchanged nor refunded.2. 2. The Organization reserves the right to modify or alter the event’s program at any time.3. 3. Right of admission is reserved.4. 4. In the entrance there will be different security measures. The Organization is not responsible of the tickets that have not been sold at the official sale spots. Every ticket emended, broken or showing signs of falsification will authorize the Organizer to deprive its bearer the access to the Concert venue. The Organizations reserves the right to implement legal measures mentioned in item 14.5. 5. Admission will only be granted to individuals holding a complete ticket in appropriate condition. 6. 6. Upon entering the concert venues the attendees may be searched according to the law as it is forbidden to enter with certain objects deemed dangerous by the Organization and/or the Spanish authorities. The same holds true for professional cameras, video cameras and recording devices of any kind.7. 7. All intellectual-property and image rights derived from the artistic performances are reserved. Therefore, the filming or recording of images or sounds without prior written authorization of the Organization is forbidden.8. 8. In the event of total cancellation, the Organization will refund the amount of the ticket. The distribution costs that sales channels apply to the price of the ticket will not be refunded in any case by the Organization since it is not the recipients of such fees, and the services for which these fees are applied are understood to be provided at the moment of the ticket purchase.9. 9. In any case, the company issuing the ticket will assume the Organization duties and responsibilities.10. 10. The audience may appear in some of the images captured by the different media for further promotional purposes.11. 11. The event Organizer can deny access or expulse from the concert venue any holder who: does not follow the staff instructions; is rationally presumable of implying a risk or dangerous situation for the person or for other people; causes rows or shows an apparent or potential state of intoxication. The holder will be responsible in all of the abovementioned cases of his actions or omissions causing injuries to a third party or damages to things.12. 12. The Organization reserves the right to take the legal measures, whether civil or criminal, it considers opportune against instigators of any kind of fraud, breaking and entering and/or damages caused to the Organization, directly or indirectly.13. 13. Possession of a ticket does not allow its holder or nay third party the right to use it or any part of its contents for advertising, advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including contests, gifts and/or raffles) associated to the ticket holder or any third party. Failure to comply with this point will obligate the unauthorized advertiser and/or ticket holder to pay a fine equivalent to a thousand times the price of the most expensive ticket of the event, without affecting later legal action filing for damages and general loses. Likewise, entry rights will be annulled immediately.Once you have exchanged the ticket for the wristband in a designated point, it is the wristband that grants the acquired right. The loss of the wristband will mean the loss of the admission right. Therefore:- You must exchange your wristband once in the Bilbao BBK Live so you will avoid unnecessary waits due to the last moment crowds. Wristband-exchange points will be located at the entrance of the concert venue.- Take care of your wristband so to keep it good conditions. It is resistant but it is not metallic. Take special care if you have a shower, damaged or broken wristbands will not allowed in.- Under no circumstance and until the end of the Festival you do not try to remove the wristband since it could be broken and you would loose your right to access the Concert venue. Keep your wristband once you leave the Concert venue, you will need it again to go in.
